GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS / INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS:

If a guest who without prior cancellation, fails to arrive at the hotel, the guest credit card will be charged OR, if said reservation is guaranteed by the organization, the organization will be responsible for the hotel’s loss, up to a maximumof one night’s accommodation.

Our check-in time is: 3:00 P.M., checkout time is 12:00 P.M.

All guests arriving before 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.
